Dr. Nakita Nicci McGraw

Founder & CEO 

Dr. Nakita Nicci McGraw is the owner and operator of High Society Management a company in which she provides one-stop-shop solutions for small to mid-size corporations. 

Revamped during the Covid-19 Pandemic, Dr. Nicci discovered many legitimate companies failed to qualify for disaster assistance due to lack of compliance. She developed a system that will prevent that from happening again. As a former Bravo television personality, current on-air radio, and talk show host; she uses her influence and resources to help small businesses worldwide grow. 

Additionally, Dr. Nicci is a 15-year award-winning public relations professional, a certified media and small business coach, a six-time Amazon best-selling author, a freelance journalist for top publications such as Sheen Magazine, The Six Brown Chicks, Rolling Out, Scene Chicago and the Medium.  She holds a certification from the fully accredited MIZ CEO Society of Coaches, an MBA from Concordia University, and as of October 10th, 2020, she received her Doctorate in Organizational Leadership as well as nominated by the Daily Herald as businesswoman of the year.
