Dr. Nakita Nicci

​I am an accomplished and influential individual with a diverse background in TEDx speaking, writing, public relations, and entrepreneurship. With over a decade of experience in the entertainment and media industries, I have honed my skills in trend-spotting, identifying opportunities, and building successful brands. My educational journey includes a Bachelor's degree in journalism and public relations, a Master's degree in Communication Studies with a focus on interpersonal communication and conflict resolution, and a Doctorate in Organizational Leadership specializing in group dynamics and organizational behavior. Not to mention, I'm doing all of this while battling Lupus. I was diagnosed with SLE Lupus in 2004 and I am a spokesperson for the Lupus Foundation of America.

My mission is life is to help others LIVE their best life! 

My true passion lies in empowering individuals and groups to reach their full potential and achieve their goals. Through my speaking engagements, workshops, consulting services, and writing, I help individuals and organizations enhance their communication skills, foster stronger relationships, and attain greater success. Beyond my professional pursuits, I am deeply committed to philanthropy and actively contribute to various charitable organizations and initiatives in my community.

In recognition of my contributions, I was honored to receive the prestigious Presidential Lifetime Achievement award from President Joe Biden in 2022.My company also made the FORBES list in 2021! Same year I received a Honorary Doctorate in Humanitarianism for my commitment to improving lives, promoting social justice, and fostering positive change on a global scale. 

My ultimate mission is to inspire and empower others to create positive change in the world around them. I am truly honored and excited to have the opportunity to meet and collaborate with you.
